Jessica Wong

Jessica is the Controller and is responsible for finance, accounting and reporting of the fund and management company. She brings over 10 years of private equity/venture capital accounting and tax experience. She was a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche Assurance and Enterprise Risk practice with focus in Hedge Funds and Mutual Funds.

After relocating to the Bay Area, Jessica joined Silver Lake Partners, a large private equity firm with focus on leveraged buyout as Senior Fund Accountant. She was responsible for accounting and financial reporting of co-investment funds and side investment funds with a $1.3 billion in AUM. She later joined CM Capital Advisor as the Senior Investment Accountant with focus on accounting and financial reporting for various Fund of Funds entities.

Prior joining Illumina Ventures, she was at Pinnacle Ventures as the Accounting Manager and was responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of multiple funds that focused on loan, warrant and preferred stock investments, and related GP entities.

Jessica earned her Master of Science in Accounting with distinction from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University and graduated cum laude from Bentley University with her Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
